Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. ​ No-shows will be charged half the amount of the scheduled service, and a deposit of half the service will be required in order to re-book. ​ If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we will either adjust your service based on the amount of time available or we will need to reschedule your appointment, which may be subject to a re-booking/cancellation fee.
